On April 22, Meadow Farm Community Land Trust hosted a guided walk through the coastal dunes, led by local naturalist Jim Gibson.
Participants gathered at the Ward Avenue beach access and explored the unique ecosystem of the dunes and surrounding landscape. Along the way, Jim shared insights into the diverse plant life that thrive in this dynamic coastal environment, offering a deeper understanding of local biodiversity and ecological relationships.
This walk provided a meaningful opportunity for community members to connect with the land, observe seasonal changes, and learn practical ways to appreciate and support local ecosystems.
