Volunteer Garden Work Day & Gathering

Every Tuesday & Saturday | 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Meadow Farm Garden

Come gather on the farm with heart and hands for a morning of connection, creativity, and hands-on work. Help with planting and tending the land, enjoy some music, or take a break on a bench or hammock. Afterward, join friends for Frisbee and Bocci Ball in the meadow. Musicians and singers are welcome to add their rhythms and notes for our plants and crew!

Lunch & Sharing:
After our work session, we share a one-pot, plant-based lunch in the farmhouse. Feel free to bring a dish to share! Some of the food we harvest will also go to the local food bank—Food Security in Action!

Compassionate Communication (NVC) Learn & Practice Group

Every Friday | 3:30–4:30 PM
Meadow Farm Community House

Join us each Friday for a weekly Compassionate Communication (also known as Nonviolent Communication or NVC) Learn & Practice Group. This ongoing gathering offers a supportive space for neighbors to build skills in active listening, empathy, and clear, heart-centered communication.

The group is facilitated by Rebecca Aum, who leads participants through simple practices, shared reflections, and tools for strengthening connection in daily life. All experience levels are welcome.

First-Time Participants:
A brief check-in is needed before attending for the first time. This allows Rebecca to share the Community House address and add you to the email list for weekly updates.
